Nearly 700,000 customers are without power, and the weakening storm still threatens flash flooding across the South.
\n\nThe Rest and Relax Inn in Pensacola, Fla. was surrounded by piles of debris after it was stripped of roofing materials during a heavy hit from the hurricane last night.
\n\nFootage taken from a drone overhead by NBC News affiliate WBBH shows a bare layer of roof across three buildings that are part of the sprawling hotel property. Massive protective tarps appeared to have blown away.
\n\nThere also appeared to be trash and debris scattered around the premises. Wreckage could be seen floating in a large in-ground pool at the center of a courtyard.
\n\nThe hotel sits near Interstate 10 and is about 17 miles from Pensacola beaches. It is surrounded by restaurants, retails spaces and other hotels.
\n\nIt was not immediately clear if anyone was injured there. The footage shows a nearly-empty parking lot and the property is temporarily closed.
\n\nThe death toll related to Isaias has risen to four, with fatalities reported in Florida and Alabama.
