Sharon Stone and John Stamos are set to be honored at The Creative Coalition‘s Humanitarian Awards.

The Humanitarian Awards Dinner will be held Thursday, Sept. 10, at Second Home in Los Angeles, celebrating members of the entertainment community who have made an impact through leadership, community and important causes. Variety senior culture and events editor Marc Malkin will host the event for the fourth year in a row.

“Our industry has an extraordinary ability to shape culture,” Creative Coalition president Tim Daly said in a statement. “These honorees have gone even further. They have used their influence to improve lives, strengthen communities and create opportunities for others. Their compassion, leadership and commitment to service embody everything this award was created to celebrate.”

Stone, an Emmy-winning and Oscar-nominated actor known for her work in “Basic Instinct,” “The Practice” and “Euphoria,” is being honored for her work as Global Campaign Chair of amfAR, helping raise millions of dollars for HIV/AIDS research. Meanwhile, Emmy-nominated “Palm Royale” and “Full House” star Stamos is being recognized for serving as a Childhelp ambassador and creating the St. Amos jewelry collection, which supports programs helping survivors of child abuse.

Additional honorees include “The Pitt” writer and executive producer Simran Baidwan, “Stranger Things” and “Mad Men” actor Cara Buono, “Abbott Elementary” star Lisa Ann Walter and “The Ms. Pat Show” director and executive producer Mary Lou Belli. Their causes include the Stay in LA initiative, Liberty United and the Kids In Need Foundation’s Supply Ride initiative.

All proceeds from the evening will support The Creative Coalition’s year-round advocacy work. The organization has been active since 1989.
