\n\n“RuPaul’s Drag Race UK” is moving from the BBC and headed to World of Wonder‘s streaming platform WOW Presents Plus.
\n\nThe news comes after The Sun reported that the show would be leaving the BBC as part of its cuts.
\n\nHowever, Variety can confirm that in Fall 2027, the franchise will return with the first ever “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK: All Stars,” celebrating the artistry of the Queens who have worked the U.K. runway.
\n\nThe show’s eighth season, which just launched on BBC 3 scored its second-highest-rated premiere in the history of the franchise, trailing only Season 6 (which scored 9.0). The show bowed to an 8.8 IMDB rating with viewership up 20% on the streaming platform WOW Presents Plus.
\n\nThis herstoric season of “All Stars” will be available globally on WOW Presents Plus including, for the first time, in the U.K. Subscribers will be able to stream all eight seasons of “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK” and all three seasons of “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Vs The World.”
