Maria Bartiromo shared her first public comments since her sudden exit from Fox News and Fox Business last week.
\n\nIn a post on social media, Bartiromo thanked “all friends & followers” for their support, and shared a photo of a rainbow breaking through clouds. She also teased that there will be “more to come” in her story.

\n\nBartiromo, who had been with Fox News and Fox Business for more than 12 years, was originally hired as a business anchor. In recent years, she has become increasingly enamored of Trump and has promoted various MAGA conspiracy theories. Bartiromo was the first Fox anchor to promote false claims about the 2020 presidential election; she was among Fox News staffers including Sean Hannity and Jeanine Pirro who were named in a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit filed by voting technology company Dominion Voting Systems against Fox News in 2021.
