The Primetime Emmy Awards, Hollywood’s biggest night in television, is back after a year of new beginnings and heartfelt endings.
\n\nSeveral shows in their first seasons have garnered multiple nods, with “Widow’s Bay” up for 19 awards, “Pluribus” 18, “DTF St. Louis” 13, “Spider-Noir” 11 and “The Beast in Me” nine.
\n\n“The Pitt” leads the overall pack with 25 nominations, followed closely by the final season of “Hacks,” with 24.
\n\nFan-favorite “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” has nine nominations. CBS announced the end of the franchise last year, and the final episode aired in May.
\n\nMany other familiar shows are back this year, too, including “Beef,” with 16 nominations; “Shrinking,” with 10; “Slow Horses,” with nine; “The Bear,” with eight; “Abbott Elementary,” with seven; and “Only Murders in the Building,” with five.

\n\nThe Emmys will take place starting at 8 p.m. ET Monday at the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles.
