\n\nOctober Prime Day (technically called Prime Big Deal Days) is happening now through October 7, offering its well-known Lightning Deals, exclusive to Prime members, along with discounts on vacuums, beauty and tech. Lightning Deals tend to be better than most, but they’re only available for a limited time and tend to sell out quickly. Since they go fast, if you see a Lightning Deal you want, add it to cart and check out while you can.
\n\nI frequently cover shopping events like Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday as a writer for NBC Selected, so I know how to find deals that are actually worth buying. I spent weeks combing through thousands of discounts to find the best October Prime Day lightning deals — each one I recommend below is highly rated and 20 percent off or more, as well as at its lowest price in at least three months. I’ll frequently update this list throughout Prime Big Deal Days with editor-approved picks.
