Kevin Costner and Luke Grimes may have played a father-son duo on-screen in “Yellowstone,” but off-screen, the two actors haven’t spoken since Taylor Sheridan’s Western drama concluded.
\n\n“I’ve never spoken to Kevin since we stopped working together,” Grimes, who now stars in the “Yellowstone” spin-off “Marshals,” said in a recent interview with USA Today. “Not for any other reason other than just, you know, we’re both busy guys and life moves on.”
\n\n“Yellowstone” ran for five seasons and came to an end in December, 2024. Costner appeared as the family patriarch, John Dutton, while Grimes played John’s youngest son, Kayce. Grimes appeared on the show throughout the duration of its run, while Costner’s character was killed off and subsequently did not return for the final six episodes of the show that made up Season 5B.
