The president said yesterday the U.S. would scale back imminent military exercises with South Korea in deference to Kim Jong Un.

A federal judge today halted the Trump administration’s decision to cancel moving the FBI headquarters to Greenbelt, Maryland, and he permanently blocked the FBI from relocating the facility to the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.

It appeared the almost 15-year saga of where to move the FBI headquarters had ended in 2023, when the General Services Administration chose a site in Greenbelt. But two years later, the FBI and the GSA announced they had changed their plans and would move to the Reagan building.

In response, the state of Maryland and Prince George’s County, where Greenbelt is located, sued to block the move and the efforts to redirect funds already appropriated for the new location.

The FBI did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the ruling.
