The U.S. Postal Service head said the agency has stopped work on a system to carry out President Donald Trump’s plan to limit mail voting.

A federal judge is ordering the Trump administration to give at least 30 days’ notice before making any changes to existing renovation plans for the Kennedy Center, including any demolition of the center’s main building.
