Kieran Culkin had a lot of fun playing the Devil on “Family Guy” — so much fun, in fact, that he would like to play the show’s Devil for the foreseeable future.

\n\n

“He was really game, wanted to have fun with it and at the end insisted that if we go back to the Devil it’s gotta be him,” co-showrunner Alex Sulkin tells Variety. “He wants to be the ‘Family Guy’ Devil forever going forward.”

“And we’ll gladly take him up on that,” adds co-showrunner Richard Appel.

The long-running animated series tapped the “Succession” star to play the Devil in its special Halloween episode, “Happy Hell-o-Ween,” airing Oct. 5 on Hulu. It opens on Stewie and Brian, dressed to the nines, desperate to attend a star-studded Halloween party on Block Island that’s only accessible by ferry.
