With 2.66 million total viewers, “Jimmy Kimmel Live” topped late-night for the second week in a row this season. This time, it was for Kimmel’s week of live Brooklyn-based shows from the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Howard Gilman Opera House.
\n\nThis year’s trip to the Big Apple turned out to be the show’s most-watched Brooklyn Week in 11 years and top adults 18-49 performance in seven years. And in year-to-year comparisons, total viewers jumped from 2.20 million to 2.66 million and the show’s adults 18-49 ratings increased from 0.22 to 0.27. This represents a 21% increase in viewers and 23% increase in adults 18-49 ratings from last year’s New York City edition.
\n\nKicking off Sept. 28, “Jimmy Kimmel Live” earned 3.25 million total viewers and a 0.47 rating among adults 18-49, with the show’s best telecasts in three months. These numbers are based on live+same day big data plus panel ratings.
