\n\nWe love the Aiden partly because of its sleek, midcentury modernist design, but above all, for how easy it is to use and how great the coffee tastes. It's approachable to use, but still has plenty of customization for coffee aficionados, including roast level, brewing temperature, bloom duration, and even local elevation. If you're like me and would rather press a button and go, you can choose the automated “Guided Brew” setting on the LED menu, pick your size (between five and 50 ounces), pop in a color-coded basket (which, as an added bonus, takes standard paper filters), and add the amount of coffee the drip coffee maker recommends. You'll get the perfect cup, brewed at 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
