Bradley Whitford is ready to return to the White House.
\n\nThe actor tells me that it may be time to bring back “The West Wing” as a “limited series of some kind.”
\n\nSeries creator Aaron Sorkin has had fans chomping at the bit ever since he told Variety’s Michael Schneider he was inspired to write more episodes while attending a 25th anniversary of the show at the White House in 2024. “I just got a couple of ideas for episodes just walking around the White House,” Sorkin said at the time. “Like, ‘why didn’t we ever do this? Why didn’t we ever do that?’”
\n\nWhitford inspired a “West Wing” reunion earlier today when his fellow castmates Martin Sheen, Dulé Hill, Mary McCormack and Josh Malina joined him at the unveiling of his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
\n\n“I’ll work him, I’ll work him,” Whitford said of trying to get Sorkin to commit.
