Following a long-anticipated return to the stage Thursday night, Barry Manilow put an early halt to Friday’s concert and has canceled his Saturday show at the International Theater at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.
\n\n“After a triumphant welcome-back concert on Thursday, Barry got hit with bronchitis and had to cancel his Friday and Saturday shows,” representatives for the musician and the resort told Variety.
\n\nThe announcement follows reports that the “Copacabana” singer abruptly ended his Friday show after playing just two songs before walking offstage, per Vital Vegas. Reportedly, the band continued to play instrumentals before a voice came over the PA saying the show was over. Attendees noted on social media that they received emails afterward from Ticketmaster saying they would be getting a refund.
\n\nHis Thursday concert marked Manilow’s first time back onstage after a six-week hiatus following his Aug. 22 show. Manilow had been continuing his recovery from lung cancer, a diagnosis he publicly revealed in Dec. 2025.
